Does anyone know Huffer’s nationality?

In the ridiculously cringey “What Up, Joe” podcast (linked) she claims to be Sicilian. Gillespie is Irish and IMO she looks Irish/Polish as does her sister. She lied so much on that podcast but would she lie about something like that?
