Lord of Nothing Bug, cutscene stuck

After I went to the location on the map in act V, the game was stuck in this cutscene.

And if I press "Enter" to skip it, the game then will be stuck in blackscreen.

edit:

Use dimensional door proceed before the corner that triggers the cutscene. In this case the cut scene may not trigger and we can progress.

Additional Bug:

Boss won't appear in Phase 2.

I triggered the cutscene in which a skeleton pick up the sword before this alter. But the boss is just no where to be seen.
