Private schools?

Moms and dads of private school kids, how do you think the school has benefited your child vs how the public school would have? Has anyone pulled their kid out of public to put into private school? How did your child adjust and how do you afford the cost! Our public school sucks and my 3rd grader is struggling! I’ve had parent teacher conferences and I’ve mentioned things, the teacher will list all sorts of stuff they plan to do to help but never actually follow through with it. They reward bad behavior students with all kids of prizes and the well behaved ones are left behind! Long story short I hate our public school and I want to transfer her to the private school near me. But the cost!!!!! How do I figure out financial aid?????
