Do we have any idea when Space-Time Smackdown cards will be tradeable?

Like the title says. I'm pretty new to the game and google comes up empty, so I figured I'd ask here.

Was there a break between Mystic Island cards being tradeable or were they right from the beginning? If not, then how long was it (roughly) before you could trade them? There are so many cards I'd love to trade with friends from this set, and I know they're waiting because they don't want people completing everything early, I'm just curious if we have a ROUGH timeline of when we'll be able to trade them.
