Billing cut-off date and time question 🙋‍♂️

Hello! Sakto 25th of the month ngayon, which is my statement date (na based sa pagkakaalam ko is also my billing cut-off date). I’d like to know sana kung kailan talaga yung exact cut-off? Is it January 24 at 11:59PM kagabi or January 25 at 11:59PM later?

Currently fixing my finances and plano ko kasi na lumabas at bumili ng necessities mamayang hapon, pero worried ako na baka pag ginamit ko yung cc e obligated pa rin ako na bayaran ko siya (purchases for today) within the next 20 days, which goes against my plan na every 25th na pay sana yung para sa cc balance, and yung sa ibang pay date ibang expenses naman.
