Low carb snacks/ meals for work
I am celiac, dairy free, low carb (I aim for 50g of net carbs per day but I’m not super strict about it I just try to be mindful of it) and low sugar. I say not keto because I’m not looking for high fat or protein I just want low carb (~20g per meal) and maybe some protein snacks I can bring to my new job. I HATE eggs so please do not suggest eggs. I’m looking for snacks I can bring to work that are easy, healthy, and low carb. It’s a small office so nothing stinky like tuna lol even though I like it
Let me know your favorite easy low carb snacks/meals that you bring to work that are filling. We get 3 half hour breaks. TIA
