ONI has No shop?

I barely ever buy anything much less skins and stuff but klei is super awesome and generous so it makes me want to give em some money while also getting some nice skins for my colony but I haven't been able to find any in game shop? Does Oni seriously have none that's crazy and the one time I actually want to buy stuff.
