Radbolts inside material study sensor

I was looking through all the sensors and the input and output ports of Radbolts chamber and material reaserch study and I at least from what I could gather there's no way to measure a specific amount of Radbolts inside of a material reaserch study like say 80 and send a green or red signal after that which is very annoying for my nuclear reactor setup, honestly the only way I kinda figured out to send Radbolts out and not too much is just to use a wattage sensor that will sense when the material study terminal stops being used, but this is annoying to use because the dupicate will run off to another task before the Radbolts come in, is there any way to measure the amount of Radbolts inside a material reaserch study?
