Tree Supports Failing Every Print
Hi, I am having trouble with my tree supports, which are failing every time I try them on OrcaSlicer. My printer is a Flashforge AD5M (0.4mm) and I'm using Elegoo PLA.
It seems as though the edges of the supports are flaring/curling at the point where branches are being created. This is causing the nozzle to eventually bump into the support and detatch them/knock them over. This is particularly bad with Hybrid tree supports (using the recommended settings from that one famous post), but it also seems to be happening (albeit less so) with 'default' trees.
My settings are attached in the images. I am at the point now where I have tried everything I can think of (or find online) and nothing is helping at all. This is an issue for every print I try, if I use tree supports. I have tried normal supports, which worked fine, but seem to leave a lot of artifacts on the prints and are really very hard to remove.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
