Kuzan kinda sucks

I think he's meant to suck since he's pretty much a free EX with the 25 free summons. He can't do anything against Lucci because of Lucci's 80% dmg reduction, and Garp's galaxy impact still one shots him. Roger and Shanks also s*** on him.
