Anyone have this model? Any caveats?

The price almost seems too good to be true? I’m seeing reviews for the 360hz version but I don’t see the 240hz sold anywhere besides Costco. Were these discontinued for a reason and perhaps Costco got their hands on unwanted overstocked merchandise?
