Something has been on my mind

Would a Somali born in North Cyprus be considered Turkish Cypriot? Would he be considered Greek Cypriot if born in the south? As Cyprus is becoming more multicultural, the terms Turkish and Greek Cyprus don't really apply anymore. Should they be done away with?
