I’m visiting the outer banks and we’ve seen multiple vehicles with this specific device on the front of their vehicle and we can’t find it on the internet anywhere and really want to know what it is.

They are roughly 7-10 vertical pipes- silver with black tips. Cover the entire front of the vehicle. Will draw a picture if necessary. TIA
