Day 1 for me

Alright guys, I’m starting my nofap journey. I’ve had enough of lacking confidence. Even though I’m good looking, I can’t talk to girls since I’m so insecure. I’ll try to post here every day to keep motivated and not relapse back.

Also if you have any tips I’d be more than happy to read them!!
