Where to find reliable editor?

Hey guys i tried making a faceless youtube channel a few times, hiring people from fiverr unfortunately with not much of success. All the fiverr editor/managers are there to take your money. Is there a way to find reliable editors that will genuinely care about your channel and help with automatization?
