When do babies start sleeping in 3+ hour stretches?

Little one is 2 weeks old & wants to eat every 2 hours… but changing, feeding and holding upright takes over an hour (he refuses to burp so I need to hold him upright for at least 30 min after eating). I’m exhausted. I’m crying constantly. I can’t do this. I don’t know if I have another week of this left in me, let alone a month. When do babies start going 4+ hours between feeds?
