Electric buzz when CAM is running

Everytime i have CAM running there's a electric buzz/coilwhine sound pulsating with 2-4 sec between.

Changed pump speeds, reinstalled etc.

I hate this, Paying 300$ for a AIO where I have software that needs to be turned off just to be able to have the LCD live...
