Carrer change

Currently a Local 3 Electrician, Going to start getting college credits through sophia learning. 24yo with wife and kid. Would like to get in through nypd and eventually transfer out to a smaller department. Talk me in or talk me out, I cant make up my mind, tough decision. Tia
