What to do about references info?

Filling out stuff for references for CAD, but some of the info they want is asking a lot. They want birthday, Address, Place of Birth, phone number(this isnt a problem obviously) but most of that is info I dont have. How many people know the exact dob, birthplace,address, work address etc of their friends and coworkers? I can probably get DOB's from my references but Im REALLY not comfortable asking them for their birthplace, current address etc. Does anybody have any advice for me? BTW its for Traffic Agent, not Police Officer or anything. Running out of time to get this info
