Pediatrician said our baby has serious delays. Early intervention said she is where she should be.
My baby was born at 34 weeks and her doctor told us she is severely delayed. We had early intervention come and they said she is where she should be at.
We are so confused. Has anyone had this happen?
She is 7, almost 8 months old. She can sit up unassisted for only a few seconds, can only roll one way, and can scoot (not crawl) across the floor. Her pediatrician said she should absolutely be able to sit unassisted and roll both ways.
We felt like she was hurtful with her wording, but feel like we may be crazy in doubting her.
