No way the scales aren't tipped
After today's Chiefs-Bills game, I am more confident that the scales tipped in some sort of fashion and the league shows favoritism. I am not some conspiracy theorist as a lot of people say when someone says the league is rigged.
The Texans game highlighted how there will be atrocious calls in favor of the Chiefs for BS penalties which would get confirmed as "the right calls" after the game. The Bills game highlighted that dropped balls count as catches, first downs get overturned when they were cleared reached, and that holds and personal fouls don't count unless it's Chiefs player that is affected.
I believe that the NFL tipped the scales for Mahomes this season and you're not going to change my mind otherwise. There is no script, but I believe there's money under the table for calls and spots. It's infuriating as a fan of the sport to see the Chiefs limp all season and to get bailed out in the most convenient of times for the wrong reasons.
