Latin Music?

My (24M) girlfriend (22F) loves Latin music. She isn’t Hispanic or anything but she’s had friends that are and she is really into it. I’ve never been into it since I don’t speak the language, but does anyone have any recommendations for me to get into it? Usually I like classic rock, crooner, and soul music, but I want to make an effort to listen to what she loves.
