At the reunion, Michelle is asked who she thinks is the most overrated challenger.

She says CT.

I had always wondered if she's a long time fan, or someone newer to the show.

The only way she sees CT as overrated is if she hasn't seen all of the seasons. So, apparently she is a newer fan.

There are way more overrated challengers than a guy who has dominated a lot of his seasons.
