The orc weeb build

After watching Coffeenut's latest video i was pretty inspired by the idea of an orc battlemage.

I typically take a build and play through the successive elder scrolls games, once I complete morrowind I'll move on to oblivion to see how the build fairs and then off to skyrim.

Context out of the way, I was thinking of doing an "Orc weeb" build, an orc that is obsessed with dark elf culture and attempts to immulate it as best as she can, any ideas on a build that is semi effective while also keeping the role play tag above intact? I'm only looking for morrowind advice, let's tackle one problem at a time lol.

TLDR; ideas for a build with an Orc who is a Dunmer "weeb".
