Help me decide please.

So I've been saving up diamonds because I want to buy Lylia's Neobeast, but I'm also waiting for The Exorcist to resale because I want to buy Kagura's Exorcist. My budget is VERY limited so what should I do? 1. Spend my dias on the confirmed Neobeast Resale Or 2. Wait until May and hope for The Exorcist to resale?
