I can't change my skin in MCPE.

So, basically what the title says. I can't change skins. Even though I have done eveything right; fast internet, correct file type (.png & 64x64). But I still can't, it keeps on saying that my skin's is not the right "dimensions" EVEN THOUGH I've checked and IT IS. Is there a way around this or..?
