What were some of the Christmas and birthday gifts that you got in the 90s and early 00s that warmed your Millennial heart?

Some that I vividly remember:

1. Nano baby. I actually got the purple one with blue buttons that was a little dog. I was OBSESSED. When they got banned from school, I had my mom babysit it so it didn't die!

2. Baby blue, cable-knot lambswool sweater from Aeropostale. I was OBSESSED with baby blue, and we didn't really have malls around where I lived (very rural area). My mom drove over an hour to a mall to get it for me. I wore it as much as I could all winter.

3. Lipsmackers. I always asked for the little gift sets and got them in my stocking. The marshmallow and watermelon ones were my favorites.

4. Burgundy velvet twinset (cardigan with matching cami underneath) from the Delia's catalog. It was the one and only time I ever got anything from the catalog, but I hoarded those catalogs and circled everything I wanted. I wore it to all the band concerts I had for the next 2 years.

5. Rainbow toe socks. I know, sounds horrid. But they had such a moment in the early 2000s. We wore them with sandals.

6. Pound Puppies and Littlest Pet Shop. Also Puppy and Kitty in my Pocket. We were truly obsessed with anything pet-related. My sister got the mom cat with kittens and I got the rabbits.

7. PJ Sparkles doll. Despite being from around 1991, she is still alive and well. My kids play with her, and she still works, lights ups, and projects stuff onto the ceiling from the crown on her head. The quality of our toys was UNREAL compared to today.
