Dumb neighbor keeps feeding and watering ducks. They keep getting ran over

She is an idiot. They keep coming on my property shitting on my lawn/driveway. Theres at least 10 of them or more. Dumbass neighbor keeps feeding and watering them like their pets. At night they keep going on the road where its dark and at least 4 of them have been ran over. Its really starting to piss me off. My dog almost ate a duck dinner today and I am afraid we are gonna get diseases from them. What can be done? This has become disgusting and also upsetting to see them being ran over. I don’t want them dead. Just put somewhere else. This isn’t a lake and we live on a main road. Please help.
