Are 6 stars always better than 5 stars?

Hey y’all! Just looking for some advice. I pulled 6* Red Hulk yesterday and luckily pulled 5* Human Torch. I know he’s beloved in the community. Who should I focus my resources on?

Also, who should I focus on between duped 5* Colossus or reg 5* Mister Sinister?
