Sam vs. Red Hulk was… Meh

Is Marvel ever going to stop aggressively nerfing its Hulk characters? I genuinely don’t understand the decision to distill these characters down to street level threats over the course of the last two phases. I’d do anything for some more 2008 “King Kong Yelling” Hulk.
