Is it possible to manifest love even if I'm very specific?

I want to manifest love but I'm so done with toxic or unavailable people. I have a vision of what my perfect partner would be like, his age range, his interests, values etc. Is it possible for me to get the exact type of person I'm looking for? Or do I just need to let the Universe send me someone even if they don't fit the image I created?

I'd love to hear some success stories as well if anyone wants to share. Thanks!
