God bless Makita reps

Bought a track-saw combo kit that came with 2 makpac boxes and unfortunately one boxes hinge was completely busted. I called the retailer I bought it from and they said they would talk to the rep. Got a call back a day later, and they’ll take the box and give me an extra 4ah XGT BATTERY!!!

What a fuckin good cunt, made my week to be honest. Thats an extra value of like $180, cheering.
