Ford promise - has anyone gotten their free installation?

I’m close to getting my new 2024 Mach E premium. My local ford dealers have all mentioned the free home installation that comes with the vehicle OR a cash bonus of $2000. Is the free installation real? How long does it take to get their company out here? How does it work? I definitely want an at home charger so I want to make sure I make the right decision! Thanks in advance :)
