Blue check mark?

I just finished the game and I am now working on the HR caps (I just reached the HR 30 quest). I wanted to complete all the village quests and I now have a bunch of blue check marks even though I did all of the quests listed. Am I missing quests? And if I am how do I unlock the further quests?
