Worst character in game

Lots of discussions about who the best characters are in the game, but what about the worst? I'm not talking about the bad ones like Smasher or Yarinobu.... I'm talking about the ones that are annoying and make you dread having to do their quest. I honestly can't think of any that I dread because the stories are pretty amazing.
