Cheaper alternatives to ChatGPT?

I currently have a Synology NAS DS423+ and have been considering canceling my OpenAI subscription as I’m looking for a more affordable alternative. I’ve tried Ollama and WebUI, but unfortunately, these Docker containers consume a lot of my RAM (18GB) and CPU.

I’m looking for something simpler, just text-based, as I mostly brainstorm ideas and blog posts. What would you recommend in this case? It doesn’t have to be free, but I would like to reduce the cost compared to OpenAI since I’m on a tight budget.

The only requirement is that it should be able to communicate in Swedish.
