Does anybody know anything about this teensie pet?

I JUST finished filling out my data base for all my pets (took 4 hours 🤕) and I couldn't find anything about this teensie pet. I know the site probably isn't finished all the way- so I tried looking for it on google but I can't even find it there either, any help?
