Request: Help Pricing my 2004 Discovery II (Needs work)

I own a gorgeous black Discovery II 2004, ~120k miles on her, lots of upgrades including roof rack, lift kit, front wench, Hella brand lights, android screen on the dash to connect to bluetooth, etc.

Only problem is she needs a new engine 😅 I’ve owned her for a few years now and have had a few issues here and there but she overheated with bad head gaskets. I’m kinda done tbh.

I need help understanding what a fair price to sell as-is with all of the above considered.
