Hurricane Angela

There is something that has always bothered me about this episode.

So, throughout the whole episode, Angela wants to go bodyboarding but Cleo refuses to take her because she’s supposedly worried that she might inadvertently expose her mermaid form from being around water. So she instead takes Angela and Kim to the marine park.

This bothers me so much because Cleo didn’t need to worry about possibly turning into mermaid. If she had taken Angela bodyboarding, she could’ve just sat on the beach and kept an eye on her there. Nobody said she had to go in the water with her. If anything, she had a better chance of accidentally turning into a mermaid at the marine park since there’s water in almost every corner there
