My sleep schedule is a mess(Need advice!)

So, my sleep schedule is a mess this winter. I usually function fine on 6 hours of sleep—go to bed at 11, up by 5:30 (ya, woh extra half hour kyuki need aane me late hoti hai). But lately, I can’t wake up before 8 or 9 AM. I sleep right through my alarm and end up sleeping for 8-9 hours, sometimes even more.

The issue is, waking up late throws off my whole day. I’m most productive in the early mornings, and when I wake up late, it’s hard to focus, and my motivation takes a hit. Plus, since I’m oversleeping, I’m finding it harder to fall asleep at night, creating this frustrating cycle of late nights and late mornings.

It's troubling me too much and i need to reset my sleep schedule. Anyone else jise bhi yeh dikkat hoti hai ??? How do you solve this?
