The airline lost my luggage, where can I find good prices for buying clothes?

I came to Israel 10 days ago and the airline lost my luggage and I have been without new clothes for many days while doing bidud. I losing hope on recovering my luggage.

After my bidud finishes, where can I buy clothes at an affordable price? It is cheaper to buy them in a store or online?

Importing clothes from outside Israel is possible?
