Why hasn’t Anna been deported yet?

She’s a convicted felon and has been on house arrest for over a year in a $4,250/month apartment in Manhattan. She’s a prime and unquestionable target for deportation. I read she had an event for New York Fashion Week on the top of her apartment last month. Ridiculous.
