does cancellation rate affect batch availability?

This entire week has been pure ASS. yesterday (saturday) specifically i was out the entire day and only came home with $85.... today in the store i see a guy who looked like he was doing insta- so i asked him if it's been extremely painfully slow for him too and he said no, his saturday was super busy, he did $250...meanwhile i basically saw next to nothing.

i'm a diamond shopper since 2021 but my cancellation rate is at 13% that's the only explanation i can come to...anyone have insight?
