Is “Pending Pay” the new norm?

I’ve seen a couple posts in the sub about recent “Pending Pay” statuses after batch completion. This is something that I’ve noticed too. It seems though that it has been consistently every batch since about yesterday afternoon (America/Pacific). We all know that support won’t provide any insight so I thought I’d try to crowdsource the answer.

Anyone else having this experience? Do we think it’s a system issue or a feature?
