Support is on crack

As you guys can see, support is genuinely no help sometimes and the agent even tried telling me that I DID in fact work that day when I know forsure I did not. Then proceeds to give me details of another shopper’s batch in MIAMI??? I LIVE IN CANADA. NOWHERE NEAR MIAMI.

I just thought it was funny and wanted to share it. The customer who reported her shit missing is a lying asshole and I already had a feeling she’d report some shit. It was literally past midnight, no buzzer code was provided and the customer was unresponsive the whole time and to make things worse it was a meet at the door order. So I just left it inside the entrance and sent a picture in the chat because nobody was coming to open the door and I am TIREDT. Plus, if the order was truly “missing”, she would have taken back her tip which she did NOT. I hate people who lie.
