Progression of my mosquito bites in Crete

I think I’m having an allergic reaction to it, happened on Monday night, last pic is Thursday night. On Tuesday/ Wednesday my feet and legs got so swollen I could barely walk, I also felt dizzy. I’ve been taking antihistamines.. should I go to the drs??
