Do you think these characters would have been added if the developers carried on with this game?

If the developers hadn’t abandoned Injustice: GaU do you think these guys would be added (Teen Titans Deathstroke, Regime Shazam, Regime Ares, Arkham City Batman, Cyborg Superman and Blackest Night Aquaman)? I think it would’ve been really cool to see these guys in the mobile version of the game.
