Moirax Proxy?

Could I proxy the new Thanatar as an Armiger Moirax w/ Graviton Pulsar and Siege Claw?

In my mind the hammer fist would be like the claw and the shoulder gun would be the Graviton Pulsar

(I wouldn't put the storm bolter on the other arm/ I'll magnetize it for 30k)
