Annoyed - what would you do?

I think I’m just extra cranky because I’m on day one of my cycle. I called this morning around 9am to let them know I’m on CD1 and want to come in for a baseline appointment tomorrow. I also emailed my nurse to let her know as well (she has an out of office I don’t think she usually works weekends) and to confirm I have my omnitrope. Sometimes she responds even on the weekends. I left a voicemail and asked to schedule around 10am tomorrow but am flexible (they do 8:30-11:30 appointments on the weekend). No response in my portal or phone call. So I called again and left another voicemail around 5pm. This is my 4th ER (also have done 1 FET and 2 hysteroscopies at my clinic) and I’ve never had an issue with not getting scheduled. I even remember being at an eagles game on a Sunday calling from the bathroom and they got me in for the next morning.
Am I crazy if I call again tomorrow morning at like 9/930 if they don’t respond back to me? Or I don’t live far I could just drive over there. The weekends are usually crazy bc they do all the appointments from 3 locations at my clinics but what? All my stuff was approved through progyny (I switched insurance in January) so I shouldn’t have any issues there. Besides the fact that I sent 3 separate emails to my financial coordinator from end of December to mid January and never even got a response. I get January is extra crazy but I’m an established patient who has done this multiple times before! Alternatively, I could wait for monitoring on Monday which is CD3. My doctor told me she prefers to start clomid on day 2. But I guess I don’t have faith they will even schedule me since I haven’t heard back from them. What would you do?
