Who did you tell about transfer?

I am finally getting closer to transfer (this cycle) after 8 years of TTC, and am finding it very difficult to not tell my mum, she knows the date is edging closer because in December I told her we've got the go ahead and I said I'll need 0 stress ( I've had extreme stress since January started due to a car accident and being in hospital with chest pain, abnormal ECG etc) I just want to know if you told one of your closest people a snippet of the process, it may help me prevent extra stress by telling her and will help me offload too, but I don't want to jinx it as I've had so many sad events through this journey already. Did you/would you tell a family member or best friend about the main events? My mum is like my best friend and I don't want to slip up or avoid her because I can't keep a secret especially with such a stressful journey. Sending baby dust too to those getting close to transfer too ✨✨

Edit: wow thank you everyone who has contributed! You have helped me decide that I will tell my mum that I have an important milestone coming up but not telling her the dates (although she knows this already and knows not to tell anyone) but will not tell her my transfer date, especially as it's a natural cycle she may put a lot of hope into it without knowing possibility of cancellation etc, I'm wishing good juju to all those with transfers upcoming and love and healing to those who have had failed transfers, thank you all for being in my circle 💞
